1. Sunil Bhan

Before joining this venture Sunil has put in more than 20 years in the field of Human Resources at different levels across industry. He started his career with Ranbaxy & later had the opportunity to work with some known Telecom & IT based companies in different phases of the organizational life cycle. His past experience includes stints at both Plant and Corporate Level. An HR domain expert, he has additional skills in TQM, workplace services and facilities management.

A Science Graduate from Kashmir University with PG Diploma IR(Industrial Relations) from BVB with an MBA from Symbiosis, Sunil had been a strong people leader who is collaborative and team oriented with ability to identify, nurture and develop talent.

Before venturing AIIIS Global HR Services, he served M/s Realtime Systems as GM (HR & Govt. Relations)

2. Vinod Bhan

An Engineering professional with more than 25 yrs of rich & comprehensive experience in the area of Project Management and marketing in the Engineering & Industrial sector/s mostly in India, Middle East & SAARC countries. Operating for the last over 15 years from Muscat, Oman in the Middle East, Vinod has been instrumental in transforming various business alliances with partners in countries of the European Union including those in USA, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, China & India.

With his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from NIT [National Institute of Technology, formerly �REC] & post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management from New Delhi, Vinod knows the GCC market and has closely been involved in providing active service support to majors in sectors of Oil/Gas (Upstream, Middle Stream & Downstream), Utilities, Chemical, Fertilizers, Petrochemical etc in the Omani and other ME nations in the GCC.
